PCR Tests for Coronavirus

The PCR test shows with a high probability whether a person is infected as of today and whether he/she is a source of infection for others. With this test, we can determine the presence of the coronavirus genetic material in the person’s body.

A sample is taken from the nasopharynx with a cotton swab. The result is within 24 hours. Also, at request, you can order a test with the result as early as within 3 hours.

Express Tests for Travels with a Certificate

An antigenic express test is done when a person is going to travel abroad. Please note that not all countries accept the antigen test. Be sure to check requirements of the country of entry before traveling.

A sample is taken from the nasopharynx with a cotton swab. The result is within 5 to 10 minutes. In case of a negative test, a certificate with the results is issued in English.

An antigenic express test is taken from children through saliva. This test is atraumatic and does not cause discomfort.

Coronavirus Antibody Test

A coronavirus antibody test is done to determine the likelihood of whether a patient has been infected at any time. The test shows antiviral antibodies such as IgG, indicating that the body has responded to the virus. For analysis, a blood sample is taken from a vein; the test result is ready within 2 working days.

We also offer an express antibody test. In this case, a blood sample is taken from a fingertip, and the result will be available within 15 minutes. The express test does not show the quantity of antibodies, only their presence.

For a house call, if so agreed, we can take a blood test from a vein for various indicators.

How the Coronavirus Testing Process Works

You can make an appointment in our electronic system or by calling +372 56 70 07 07 (from 10.00 to 18.00).
If you have any questions, you can contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or a form on the website.

We are waiting for you in our clinic at Tartu mnt. 53 10 minutes before the appointment. There is free parking in front of the building for the clinic’s clients. Wearing a mask in our clinic is a must!

Please register with a clinic administrator. The administrator will tell you in which office your appointment will take place.
At the appointed time, a nurse will call you to a private office where you will be tested.
Z
Depending on the type of test, you will get the result from 15 minutes to 48 hours. A certificate in English can be obtained from the administrator and/or by e-mail.
